Investigating Meaning Within the Irrelevant Blog

Thursday, September 29, 2005

I knew the blog had officially arrived when I decided to start one. Usually the last one on any bandwagon, I jumped on right after reading a New York Times journalist's blog about a frontline U.S. soldier's blog.

Women's Soccer

Bruins Bump Undermanned SB

Thursday, September 29, 2005

#4 UCLA (9-1 overall) lived up to its notorious reputation last night by subjecting UCSB (5-6 overall) to ninety minutes of ruthless, fast and just plain quality soccer that ended with a tally of 5-0.

Men's Soccer

Paul Hardcastle | Hardcastle 4 | Trippin 'N' Rhythm

Thursday, September 29, 2005

Despite their somewhat unimaginative sequential titling scheme, having listened to electronic music producer Paul Hardcastle's previous three self-titled albums is not a prerequisite for the enjoyment of his brand-new fourth installment.

CD Review

Wolf Parade | Apologies to the Queen Mary

Thursday, September 29, 2005

Why Wolf Parade is apologizing to anyone is beyond me. It's the people who should be getting on their knees, repenting after what Wolf Parade released Tuesday. Masterpieces like Apologies to the Queen Mary only come around once every Moon & Antarctica.

CD Review
