Four people were injured Friday afternoon when their car flipped over and rolled off Highway 1 just south of Highway 246. The Santa Barbara County Fire Dept. and engines from the Lompoc Fire Dept. responded at 4:03 p.m. to a report of a single vehicle off the roadway.

A.S. Finance Board allotted nearly $2,000 to two student groups and reclaimed funding from another. Students Teaching Alcohol and other drug Responsibility (S.T.A.R.) received $704 to help pay for the cost of hosting "Safe Grad," an event to promote responsible drinking during graduation celebrations.

Meetings will be held Sunday through Thursday from 7:30 to midnight at Sam's To Go in Isla Vista. Hookahs originated in Turkey and can be seen in the movie "Alice In Wonderland."
